Medmar is a member of IATA. IATA is a global organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. IATA privacy practices are designed to provide protection for personal information, all over the world.
We process personal data gained from our clients exclusively for purpose of processing inquiries, and may therefore be forwarded to service providers. In order to deliver travel services we share data with airlines, including corporate and executive business travel requirements, which include hotel and car rental bookings. They are however not sub data processors, but data controllers because they determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data – for example, airlines have legal requirement to process certain personal data and share it with governments.
