As a Business Development & Marketing and Sales Manager you will improve and grow sales volume by indentifying and developing existing and prospective customers and markets, research, meetings and attending exhibitions.
In addition, you will work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to provide and ensure highest levels of service and positive experience to our customers and other business partners.

- Developing tailor made marketing activities

- Research and segmentation of potential customers (B2G, B2B) and partners

- Building and maintaining connections with existing and prospective customers and partners. 

- Communicating business strategies and solutions, through email, face-to-face meetings and/or phone presentations

- Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish new customer relationships

- Position appropriate service - to each partner's current needs and long term business strategy

- Handled the queries and issues of the customers, and resolve them effectively

- Administrative work – reporting, maintaining databases, payable management, prepare regular reports for management using previously defined KPIs and explanations

- Crisis management – ability to react to the various problems and provide solutions in a timely manner, effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior to create a long-lasting relationship

- Exellent verbal & written comunication in English

- Previous successful experience as a sales developer ( 3+ years ), experience in the sale of air tickets will be considered an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to convince
- High level of responsibility, proactivity and self-reliance

- Ability to work in a highly autonomous environment while meeting all sales/service demands

- Possess advanced analytical skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks

- Exellent level of proficiency with MC Office
- Team player
